Riverside Insurance Agency Malta Limited is authorised and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

Riverside Insurance Agency Malta Limited is enrolled under the Insurance Distribution Act, Cap 487 to act as an Insurance Agent for Fortegra Europe Insurance Company SE and is authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) under the Insurance Business Act, Cap 403 of the Laws of Malta.

Riverside Insurance Agency Malta Limited has also been passported to write business in Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain and Sweden.

We are committed to providing our customers with the a service that is based upon the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. We have a number of internal processes that are designed to identify any issues with our products and which are reported to our Board which meets three times per year. These include: -

• Complaints Log - looking at sales and claims to identify systemic issues
• Product Review Meetings - to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers who purchase our products.
• Compliance Meetings - making sure that we are meeting the requirements of our licence.
• Staff Training - keeping our staff up to date and trained on the products we sell.
