In order to make the claim procedure as seamless as possible, our claim handlers, Orchard Administration have set up an online submission process. To submit a claim please go to the Orchard Administration Claim Site you will need to login using the same username and password to download your certificate of insurance.
When Orchard agree to pay your claim this will be made directly to your nominated bank account within two hours for the majority of customers regardless of where your bank is located.
In order to obtain your reimbursement as quickly as possible, please complete the online claim form, upload any documents and respond to Orchard's requests for additional information as soon as possible. A list of documents needed can be found by visiting documents needed to make a claim.
